I moved from New Jersey to Missouri and was completely scammed by the services I received. Suddath Relocation, a subsidiary of United Van Lines, promised that they would disassemble the items and then reassemble upon arrival. They only re-assembled 33% of the pieces. Also I had more items that were broke or damaged than unbroke. It has been over a week since they have delivered and I still have a picture/light stand on my living room floor in 50 pieces. My dresser is unusable and obviously was dropped. My LCD flat screen is completely bent and about to tip over. AND my white couch has black spots all over it. Then the company promised that they would do a box pickup and of course, did not. I WILL NEVER USED UNITED VAN LINES AGAIN and I hope you don't either. I would never want this experience to happen to anyone else.
