JUST DONOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY!
US VAN LINES IS WORST EVER MOVERS WHO HAS NO IDEA OF THE DELIVERY ITEMS AND DELIVERY DATE ONCE THEY ARE PICKED UP.
Highly irresponsible dealing with pickup to delivery. They have absolute no idea about the stuff like where is it, when is the delivery. It is just nightmare dealing with them.
They don't give the delivery time this is ridiculous and non sense to know that the company doesnt know where are the delivery stuff and no idea when they are going to deliver.
Me and my wife and kids moved from south to midwest and the climate is totally different and my family got ill as we donot have conforters and grocery to cook and totally restaurant dependent for the past 10 days.
After 10 days, I am writing this review, When I called them , they have no date and time when they will deliver. US Van Lines Moves ' HAVE NO IDEA AFTER 10 DAYS WHEN THEY WILL DELIVER THE ITEMS."
THIS DRIVES US CRAZY BECAUSE ITS HARD TO SURVIVE WITHOUT OUR ESSENTIAL ITEMS IN A NEW PLACE.
With great pain and anguish i am writing the review and DONT GET TRAP OF THIS US VAN LINE MOVES COMPANY AND moreover this company subcontracts the work, which has no control on status and huge communication gap and blame each other.
