this was a nightmare right from the start...they don't weigh your stuff,,,just try and get away with a weight of about 1,000, even for a small load, they gave a discount when i called them on it..they were late by three weeks..and then to top it off, they lost my $1500 print. It took three months to get someone to contact me..and this was after many many calls. I am sure they do not really have a claims dept, and this was after talking to some of the employees, it is the manager that takes care of it all, and not very well i may add.
The only reason he finally called me back after three months was that i told them i was going to BBB,who gives them an F rating..and they are not a member of..for obvious reasons...and that i was going to sue them.
I am still in a fight with them, as they have offered me $275 for a $1500 print that they have lost...and that was about the cost of the extra insurance that I paid for my stuff.
so never ever use these people...i am sure that all the good reviews on here are written by them..that is how bad my experience was...
also..if anyone has had to deal with them about lost or broken items...please email me..as i am looking for some certain information now when i take them to court...thanks...
