They made up weight, never verified, when there were few heavy items. On the way, they declared it weighed 1000 more pounds at a cost of $500, and asked for extra money to move the items up one flight of stairs, when it was agreed on ahead of time that it was included. Items were dirty and damaged, others were missing, including a box of bills and other personal information. NO RESPONSE from customer service. Terrible movers. Didn't speak good English, and asked personal questions about who was paying for move, how much apartment cost, etc. Would never use them again or recommend them to others. Showed up in a Penske rented truck when we expected a professional moving van and movers.
