this was my first move and leo, was really helpful and nice i thought all was well until the day of the move and no one showed up so I called and then they said They will be there tomorrow and assured me my delivery date would not be moved. so the next day which was a thursday still no movers so i made an angry phone call saying i am just going to cancel and go through a different company. they called me right back then and got a mover there six at night. My items were expected to be deliverd to flordia by saturday and it was only 936 miles between moving distances. So they said it would be no problem to deliver it by saturday well that was a big lie and over they next 6 days it was hell the customer service lady was horrible . she seriously told me that they are not going to deliver my stuff because i told her that I do not want to pay extra to them. so with everything that had happend my stuff arrived about 3 days late and i would never go through them again. seriously pay extra for other companies and look up reviews beacuse no one should go through this is slept on the damn floor for three days because of these ignorant people oh and the reviews that you see that are positive are just world wide van lines trying to make it seem like some people have positive experiences. which i doubt anyone has had.
