This Company is terrable! Set a date for our furniture to be picked up the date for pick up kept changing, and then told TRUCK BROKE DOWN! " Enteresting now to me after reading other reviews." Finally a week later truck showed up for pick up. Upon entering my mother in-laws home she was told she must sign paperwork before truck could be loaded. She signed one paper with the rules of the move and what was expected on both parts. Then a paper was given to sign with blank lines stating that there may be a charge for wrapping some items. My mother inlaw called my husband and questioned the extra fee, as it seemed strange that this conversation was being done at pick up. We e-mailed our paperwork with the agreement for all charges which listed padding and wrapping of large furniture at to be included in the charges. AFTER the van was loaded the driver told her there was an additional charge of 500.00 for the wrapping. She showed the paperwork to the driver and told him she would not agree to the extra charge, and if he wanted to be paid extra he would have to talk to LEO at the van lines who on the paperwork had put "here is your not to exceed quote". The driver got mad and said "I will get my money one way or another" and left. It may be interesting to note Both men who picked up the furniture called 2 guys to come help them as they said they were tired. Interesting the only two appliances were a washer and dryer the rest 2 bedrooms a living room and kitchen set. NO TV or electronics, a job that took us 45 min to unload when we moved the things ourselves the first time. They had the nerve to ask my father in-law if he wanted to give them a tip!!!!! The driver when he first arrived when talking with my mother in-law was bragging about how much money he makes and then has the nerve to charge extra? When the furniture was delivered we were told we needed to go and get 500.00 CASH for the extra wrapping. Interesting it must be CASH! My husband argued with the guys and they finally agreed on 350.00. They would not unload or open the truck without the extra money. Side Note. Before they could even put our things on the truck they spent about an 1 1/2 hour unloading and repacking the truck in the driveway to make room for our things, as my mother in-law said when they opened the door initially it looked as if the load before ours was just thrown in. My In-Laws have moved across country with 2 different companies and never experienced such a crooked operation. Lesson learned NEVER SIGN ANYTHING LEAVING LINES BLANK TO BE FILLED IN LATER BY DISHONEST PEOPLE. BETTER YET DO NOT CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY!!!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! I am sorry I didn't read the reviews before this happened as I would have chosen to use a different company, or moved the things myself.
