Dont use All You Can Move as your moving company

I chose this company because I red the reviews on this website - for some reason I didnt see the otherwebsite where its mentioned not to use this company.
The main problem with this company is communication.
Tekla was ver helpfull answering to all my questions before I signed the contract - but once it was signed the attitude completely changed.
I didnt know that another company would be in charge of the move for example.
Everytime I was sending an email to Tekla she was forwarding it directly to someone else and never answered to my emails.
The boxes were damaged but it could have been worse
One of my sofa is damaged and thats more a problem
This comapny doesnt offer a good insurance - I didnt have a lot of things to move so I didnt think it would be a problem
But next time I prefer to pay more to be sure that my belongings are taken good care of.
I also have been trying to get a final receipt from the billing department but didnt have any success so far.
What you should remember from this post is that this company is really bad in communication - once you will sign they will not take care of you.
