You need to watch reviews in this site with a lots of 5 ratings and some 1 rating. nothing is between. Look at their F rating with BBB Business Review.
Here is my experience: They promised you everything but never intended to deliver. I double checked with the Sales person: Lincoln Morris, Sales Manager and Operation guy to ensure targeted deliver date of 6/30/15 was feasible. They all assured me with no problems at all. However they missed the date by 3 weeks later that left me with no clothes and furniture for 3 weeks. In addition, on the first delivery of their truck had none of my stuff in the truck. LOL. On the final delivery they lost one box of my content (still working with them to locate the content). My learning are: they are not full service moving company but broker; they pick up your stuff and store in the warehouse for weeks until they have enough content from other customers to deliver that route. My advice to you is to stay away from them.
