I recently helped my 73 year old mother move to Illinois. I wanted a reliable company with good experience for the move. I found New Times Moving online and upon calling, a girl helped me in planning her move. The move was very difficult for her as she has lived in Connecticut for many years as well as suffering from back problems so I wanted to make this as easy and stress free as possible. I packed up all her boxes as my mother wanted me to do so (there was a lot of stuff to sort out.) They advised me in the best way possible on how to pack a number of items I wasn’t sure of. On the day of the move the movers turned up early which was a nice surprise, and were extremely helpful , wrapping all my mother's furniture as she had wished. They were polite and made my mother feel comfortable with the whole process. We were delighted with the outcome, with everything arriving when we wanted it to. it was a successful move.
