This was the most frustrating experience in my life. After my experience, I am positive that there is someone at the company writing fake reviews. Pathetic! You will first spend an hour or two discussing your inventory and given a binding quote. Then they will show up and measure everything by the cubic ft which was not what I was told on the phone. Hence, my moving cost ended up 40% more than the binding quote after I had given them a list and measured everything single thing I was moving. The movers left black marks on my carpet which my management company charged me for. They moved everything on their own schedule and would threaten to charge an extra $500 if you cannot not be there at the exact time they feel like showing up. The worst part was dealing with customer service. I tried to explain my issues to a woman named Barbie in customer service. She ended up yelling at me!? She also admitted that all moving companies screw people over and that she was not going to help me. I would avoid this company like the plague. Also, if you speak with someone named Eden, she will be very nice, but will go radio silent as soon as you have a problem. Not only did this firm make my life miserable for two weeks, but they took my hard earned money by scamming me - Barbie admitted it during a recorded call. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Save your sanity and go with any other company.
