Having most of our stuff in a storage unit and really unsure what was even in there. We called New times moving to help us move the items to our new place. Since we weren't in the same state as the storage unit it was really hard to give them a list of what was in the unit. Based on the storage unit size they gave us a average quote and told us that the price may go up or down based on how many items we ended up having. We flew out on the day of the move and met the movers at the storage unit. When we opened the unit we noticed that some of the boxes were not in good shape. They told us that was no problem and they reboxed the boxes that were not good. After loading the truck the movers told us how much space we used and gave a the total price, plus the extra cost for the packing materials that were needed. The price was almost the same price that they gave us originally. They were so pleasant and worked hard and they were very honest. We really appreciate the job that they did in helping to get all of our things to our new place and in good shape. Thank you for a job well done.
