Very nice experience

Working with New times moving was a nice experience. They told us about all the possible issues that might come up with moving out of DC. They explained that the bigger truck may not be able to get into our area and that we would have to pay extra for a shuttle service. No other company told us about this, which helped us decide to pick them to our move. They really explained all the little things that may end up costing us more on the day of the move. This way we had no surprises at all. Really made us feel that they really care about the customer. On the move day, they did need the smaller truck and we forgot to wrap our couch and mattress, but they tool care of that too without any problems. A really really nice experience.
