Please do anything you can not to use this company. We were told that our furniture would arrive July 3 and here we are July 14 with nothing but "we'll call you next week" responses. We have no clothes, no furniture, no legal documents, nothing. All of our children's belongings are MIA. All calls to the sales rep, Fred, have been unreturned. All calls to customer service have been unreturned. This company is basically holding our belongings hostage with NO END in sight. Please save yourself the heartache and rent a uhaul.
